Scatter Link Terms and Conditions

All financial transactions on scatter link are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party depositsare not accepted and may be returned or result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the FAQ page. We aim to process all withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Scatter link does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. All transactions are subject to security checks, and we reserve the right to delay or decline a transaction if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Funds held in your scatter link account are not interest-bearing. You may not transfer your account balance to another player's account. If your account remains inactive for an extended period, dormancy terms as outlined in our FAQ may apply to your remaining balance.

All games available on the scatter link platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Scatter link does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. Scatter link does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Any attempt by a player to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Collusion, use of automated betting software, bots, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is forbidden. We monitor gameplay patterns and reserve the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited behaviour is detected. Scatter link reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information during registration, or engaged in behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or pending verification will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts that are closed due to a breach of these terms may forfeit any remaining balance at scatter link's discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the scatter link platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform. Any commercial use of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited without a separate written agreement.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
